QUETTA, June 19: At least three people, among them a child, were killed and eight others injured in a clash over an old land dispute between two groups belonging to the Kasi and Kakar tribes in Chashma Achozai area, near Quetta, on Tuesday. Personnel of law-enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and forced the groups to cease fire. Police took some people from both sides into custody for investigation.
