LAHORE, April 17: Punjab won the Inter-provincial Boys Under-14 Table Tennis Championship held in Azad Kashmir, defeating all the teams taking part in the tournament.

Punjab beat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 3-1, Fata 3-1, Azad Kashmir 3-0 and Islamabad 3-0, while Balochistan and Sindh did not participate.

Faizan Zahoor of Punjab was declared the best player of the championship.

Besides Faizan, other players of the Punjab team were Faham Ahmed, Ahmed Ghouri, Ayan Saghir and Zahid Rashid while Saba Waris served as coach of the team.
