KARACHI, April 2: National Assembly Speaker Dr Fehmida Mirza, Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi, Senate Chairman Syed Nayyer Hussain Bokhari and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah have felicitated president of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society Sarmad Ali and secretary general Masood Hamid on their unanimous election to the posts for the year 2012-13.

They have also congratulated senior vice-president Mehtab Khan, vice-president Ramiza Majeed Nizami, joint secretary Imtinan Shahid and finance secretary Javed Mehr Shamsi.

The new office-bearers, who were elected at the annual meeting of the APNS on March 31, were earlier felicitated by President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.
