MOHMAND AGENCY: At least four soldiers and 14 militants died in clashes between Pakistani troops and militants near Pak-Afghan border in Mohmand Agency, officials said Monday, DawnNews reported.

According to the government sources, the militants who reportedly came from Afghanistan attacked Olai check-post in Bazai district of Mohmand Agency.

The early morning clashes also left five security personnel missing.

It is suspected that the missing soldiers are in the custody of the militants but this has not been verified yet.

At least 14 militants were killed in response by the security forces.
