MULTAN, March 31: The 698th Urs of Soharwardia spiritual leader Hazrat Shah Rukn-i-Alam concluded here on Saturday.

Sajjada Nasheen Shah Mahmood Qureshi led the last-day prayers at his ancestor's shrine. Chief of Jamaat-i-Ahl-i-Sunnat Allama Syed Mazhar Saeed Kazmi as well as many other religious leaders were present on the occasion.

A large number of devotees from across the country had reached Multan in order to join the Urs ceremonies.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi stressed peace and culture of tolerance and patience. —Staff Correspondent
