UMERKOT, March 1: The district and sessions judge of Umerkot, Shoukat Ali Memon, on Thursday awarded life imprisonment to three convicts in a murder case. He also imposed on them a fine of Rs200,000 each.
Zafar, Imtiaz and Ashfaque Jatt were convicted under a case of murder of one Yameen Nohri registered at Shadi Palli police station.
Nohri was killed seven years ago in a clash between two groups over a piece of land in Shadi Palli.
