CHITRAL, Jan 28: The supply of apparatus, chemicals and other items for the science laboratories of government high schools has been completed throughout the district.

According to a press release issued here the other day by the office of executive district officer (education), the purchase committee constituted for the purpose had completed the process from inviting tender to purchase and supply of equipment to the schools.

It claimed that the distribution of equipment to all the targeted 20 high schools had been completed to the satisfaction of concerned headmasters and science teachers.

The EDO said that the refurbishment of science laboratories would go a long way in achieving the target of quality education in this backwards district. He claimed that the commission mafia has been eliminated from the offices of education department.
