Shopkeeper looted

TAXILA, Jan 15: Four armed dacoits looted a shopkeeper in broad daylight here on Sunday.

The dacoity incident took place in the city’s main and busiest commercial centre in limits of Taxila police station.

Malik Usman reported to police that he was sitting in shop located at main bazaar when four armed men equipped with weapons came to his shop and made him hostage on gun point. Later they made away with cash worth Rs400,000.

Taxila police have registered a case and started investigation. — Correspondent
