PESHAWAR: PTCL GM to hear public complaints

PESHAWAR, Nov 27: In order to facilitate telephone subscribers, the PTCL Northern Telecomm Region-I General Manager, Yousaf Afridi, will hear public complaints in a two-hour long telephonic programme scheduled to be held here on Saturday from 10am to 12 noon.

A PTCL spokesman said that Yousaf Afridi himself would directly receive the calls from the customers and general public regarding matters of billing, installations of telephone, PTCL staff performance and other related complaints, says a press release.
