KARACHI: Six cars, 20 bikes taken away

KARACHI, Nov 27: Bandits took away 26 vehicles — six cars and 20 motorcycles — from different parts of the city on Wednesday, police said.

A car was snatched at gunpoint and five were stolen. Nine motorcycles were taken away at gunpoint and 11 motorcycles were stolen from different parts of the city.

Police claimed recovery of eight vehicles — six cars and two motorcycles — on Wednesday.

ROBBERIES: Four armed men sneaked into a bungalow in block-6 PECHS on Wednesday morning and decamped with Rs20,000 and US dollars and jewellry worth millions of rupees. A case has been registered in this regard.

Armed men looted Rs9,800 from a poultry farm van in Bokhari Colony, Peerabad, late Tuesday night.
