Dakar rally 2012- Top shots

The 2012 Dakar Rally is the 33rd running of the event. Most events since the inception of the rally in 1978, were from Paris, France, to Dakar, Senegal.
The course, however, changed because of security reasons and this is the fourth consecutive year during which the race is being held in South America.
In the past three years, the race consisted of loop courses from Buenos Aires to Chile and back to Buenos Aires. This year the race began in Argentina, passing through Chile and will finish in Lima, Peru, on 15th January 2012.

Hi.Am an ardent fan of Dakar and cant wait for January each year when I watch it on DSTV. However this year it has been disappointing as I oftern cannot follow the commentrary as the noise of cars and loud music in the foreground drowns out the commentators voice. It is also very fragmented almost as if the editing is not quite up to scratch. At times the table of results has not been displayed in the car category and I have been left wondering about who lies where. So please guys, on the one hand thankyou for rising to what must be a mammoth task, but hope you can give attention to the above and so deliver a program of the highest standard.PS My husband is blind so the drowned out commentary really frustrates him. I live in New Zealand and havent seen anything on sky sport channel about the DAKAR 2012 rally
