LAHORE, Nov 14: A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death allegedly by his second wife over a matrimonial dispute in Ward No 8 in Purana Kahna on Monday. Police took the woman into custody along with the weapon.
Police said Riaz was attacked by his second wife Sadia over the third marriage issue.
Riaz wanted to get married for the third time, but Sadia refused to give him permission for the third marriage.
Sadia, who contracted second marriage with Riaz some time ago and had three children with her first husband, admitted to killing Riaz.
Police registered a case against Sadia on the complaint of Riaz’s brother Amanat.
