FAISALABAD, Oct 26: The Rail Bazaar police recovered a three-year old girl allegedly chained by her father on rooftop in Purani Lakar Mandi on Wednesday.
The police said Bilal had informed them that Faisal had chained his daughter, Amna, on rooftop of his house. He came to know about the girl after hearing her screams.
The police said Faisal had quarreled with his wife a couple of days ago and she left his home.
A case has been registered on the complaint of Bilal and Faisal and his three brothers have been arrested.
