KOHAT, Aug 9: A tribesman living as an internally displaced person was shot dead by his enemies in Miangan colony near Indus Highway here on Tuesday.
The victim, Bazi Gul alias Akbar Khan Sorae, was returning to his home after offering prayers when unknown motorcyclists opened fire at him.
He was taken to the KDA hospital in serious condition but succumbed to his injuries. His body was handed over to his heirs after autopsy.
The Riaz Khan Shaheed police staff registered case against the assailants on the complaint of the deceased’s son Zakirullah who said they had an old enmity.
