KARACHI: Ali Ahmed Fazeel dies

KARACHI, Oct 22: A senior practising lawyer and a graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, Ali Ahmed Fazeel, died here on Tuesday.

The funeral procession would be taken out from his residence at 139 M, Block-2, PECHS, on Wednesday. Namaz-i-Janaza would be offered at Masjid-i-Noor after Asr. He will be buried in PECHS graveyard.

The late Mr Fazeel held many government positions and served as attorney- general of Pakistan, chairman of the Pakistan Law Commission and president of the Pakistan Bar Council.

He leaves behind wife, two sons and two daughters.
