HYDERABAD, Oct 19: The district Nazim has criticized office-bearers of the municipal staff union, CBA, for their misbehaviour with the city taluka Nazim and pressurizing him at his office on Thursday to get their demands accepted.

In a statement issued here on Friday, the district Nazim, Dr Makhdoom Rafiquzzaman, termed the act illegal and unethical and said the demands were supposed to be settled through negotiations.

CBA: The Taluka Council Workers Union (CBA), Hyderabad, has protested against the attitude of the city taluka Nazim, Moinuddin Shaikh, and Nazims of union councils.

In a statement issued here on Saturday, the general-secretary of the union, Mohammad Akram Rajput, said the Nazims and Naib Nazims treated the municipal employees as their slaves.
