HYDERABAD, Oct 8: The People’s Party Parliamentarians and the Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf have made adjustments on some national and provincial assemblies seats in Hyderabad district.

This was announced by the provincial vice-president of the PPP, Qazi Asad Abid, and the provincial president of the PTI, Haider Ali Talpur, at a news conference here on Tuesday.

They said a PPP candidate for NA-220, Hyderabad-III, Irfan Qureshi, has retired in favour of Mir Haider Ali Khan Talpur and Talpur has retired from NA-222, Hyderabad-V, in favour of PPP candidate Naveed Qamar.

Talpur said Nadeem Bablani’s decision to retire from PS-47 in favour of a Muttahida Qaumi Movement candidate did not enjoy the approval of the party.

He said his party would support PPP candidates for PS-47, PS- 49, PS-53, PS-54 and NA-221.—Correspndent
