CHOOSING a career is very crucial in the life of a young man. But unfortunately a majority of students in Balochistan face problems and suffer from inferiority complex owing to lack of guidance.

Students in Balochistan face a dilemma even when they pass their Intermediate examinations as they do not have proper guidance about which subject or field they should choose. In the prevailing situation there is an urgent need for career counseling after matriculation for these young people from Balochistan. Z. ALI SAJIDI Turbat
