MANSEHRA, Feb 20: Three persons were killed and six others sustained critical injuries when two groups clashed in Pulrah on Sunday, police said.

Police told reporters that accomplices of Mohammad Siddique had allegedly stolen the buffalo of Mohammad Fareed. The issue was taken before the local jirga at Matsaree area.

During the jirga both the groups exchanged hot words, which led to heavy exchange of firing between them. Mohammad Siddique, Mohammad Fareed and Badrizaman were killed instantly.

Six people from both sides sustained bullet wounds and were taken to the King Abdullah Teaching Hospital. The bodies were handed over to relatives after the postmortem.
