KARACHI, Dec 21: A 25-member karate contingent, 14 men and 11 women, will represent Sindh in the forthcoming 31st National Games to be staged in Peshawar from Dec 25 to 31.

This was announced by Sindh Karate Association (SKA) Secretary Naseem Ahmed Qureshi on Tuesday. The men's team will undergo training at the Gymnasium Hall at Maulana Mohammad Johar ground while the women's team will train at the Sindh Sports Board Complex. Squads:

Men's:

Abdul Rahim, Asghar Ali, Mohsin Ali, Hamid Bakhtiar, Jamil Ahmed, Karamatullah Khan, Safdar Ali, Ghulam Raza, Kaleem Haider, Ali Waqas, Rana Wajid Ali, Mohammad Khalid.

Officials: Mohammad Ali (coach), Abdul Hameed (secretary).

Women's:

Hina Mehtab, Sana Mehtab, Huma Mehtab, Muniba, Muneeza Talib, Javeria Urooj, Sundas Salam, Fouzia Rasheed, Rukhsana Sumar.

Officials: Mubashir Hasan (coach), Naseem Ahmed Qureshi (manager).
