KARACHI: A fifteen day ban on pillion riding in Karachi and Hyderabad had been extended till chehlum Imam Hussain (a.s), sources told the Dawn on Sunday.

The Interior Ministry banned pillion riding from 2nd December to 12th of Muharram due to possible terrorist activities in Hyderabad and Karachi. The deadline of 12th Muharram ended on Sunday.

The official notification from Sind interior ministry is due to be released on Monday. – DawnNews
