KARACHI, Sept 1: The traffic flow on Seaview beach has improved and safe parking areas have reduced the complaints of vehicle theft at the recreational place due to the joint efforts of the Defence Association Coordination Committee (DACC) and the traffic police.

A DACC press release on Sunday said under the aegis of the DACC, two community backed-projects were initiated on the main beach avenue, which is an attractive recreational place.

After improvement by the DHA, the Seaview Society has started constructing boundary walls in the remaining areas to improve security, and the traffic committee of the DACC, assisted by the SSP traffic, launched a programme to control traffic on the main beach avenue on the weekends.

The DACC in collaboration with the traffic police implemented a plan to improve traffic flow on the beach and asked the visitors to park there vehicles in the secured parking areas to avoid theft and carjackings.
