GUJRAT It seems that the PML-Q and the PML-N are at loggerheads yet again as Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has alleged that the ruling party in Punjab has rigged the by-polls in Gujrat. 
            
Speaking to the media in Gujrat, the PML-Q president claimed that a number of PML-N ministers have remained in the constituency to influence voters. Elahi has even accused the Polices Special Branch of assisting the rigging.—DawnNews
