KARACHI, Aug 12: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) announced on Monday its policy on electoral adjustments for the general elections, saying it is ready to join hands with parties opposed to the military regime and its policies.

A central MMA leader and the Secretary-General of the Jamaat-i-Islami, Syed Munawwar Hasan, told a press conference here.

He said the JUI (S) had ended its boycott and the issue had been resolved.

He said the MMA would organize a train march at the end of the month.

He criticized the visiting European Union delegation, saying no one has the right to interfere in the internal affairs of the country.—PPI
