KARACHI, Aug 2: The NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi will conduct the pre-admission entry test for the academic session 2002-03 on Saturday.

This was announced by the Registrar of the NED University on Friday.

As many as 5,633 candidates will appear in this test to be conducted at the campus.

The candidates have been informed that their entry into the campus will be subject to security check at the gate.

The candidates can enter the campus from both the gates — gate number one and two.

It was further stated that the candidates are allowed to bring only one pencil and eraser.

Entry of parents/guardians who may accompany candidates will also be subject to security checks, including search of handbags/purses.—APP
