LAHORE Pakistan played a 0-0 draw against Bangladesh in their SAFF Championship clash at Dhaka's Bangabandhu National Stadium on Sunday.

The draw gave both the sides one point each and has kept Bangladesh's hopes alive of qualifying to the semi-finals.

It has virtually pushed Pakistan out of the event. If Bangladesh lose to Sri Lanka, then the goal average will decide Pakistan's chances of reaching the last four.

The draw ensured a semi-final slot to Sri Lanka.
