QUETTA Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC) Qazi Faez Isa on Thursday said the cases of Balochistan's missing persons would be heard on priority basis to ensure speedy justice.

Addressing the bar council in Dera Allah Yar during his visit to the province's Jaffarabad district, he said the missing persons' cases would be dealt with according to the demands of justice.

He directed the subordinate judiciary to speedily dispose of all cases to ensure the dispensation of prompt and timely justice to the masses.

He said the bench and the bar were enjoying cordial relations in Balochistan and urged the bar to help the bench in providing justice to the litigants. He said digital libraries would be established in all subordinate courts across the province. — DawnNews
