KARACHI: Jailer tenders apology

KARACHI, July 27: Justice Shabbir Ahmed of the High Court of Sindh, who is also the administrative judge of the anti-terrorism courts at Karachi, pardoned on Saturday the superintendent of Central Prison Karachi after he apologized for not obeying the orders of the court.

The AJ admonished the jailer, Rashid Saeed, for not complying with the court’s orders. The jailer tendered apology which the court accepted. The jailer assured that the family of the accused would be allowed to meet accused Imran and Hanif, of the Harkatul Mujahidin Al Almi.— APP
