OKARA, July 25: The party election of the PML (QA) was completed in three tehsils of the district here on Thursday.

According to a press release issued by the PML (QA) in Okara tehsil, Chaudhry Javed Ashraf Lala advocate has been elected president while Mian Abdul Rashid Boota, former MC vice-chairman, secretary-general.

In Deepalpur tehsil, Mian Muhammad Zaman Wattoo has been elected president while Haji Anwarul Haq Joiya secretary-general.

Similarly, in Renala Khurd tehsil, Nazim Syed Ali Hasnain Kirmani advocate has been elected president and Hassan Nawaz Bhatti advocate has been elected secretary-general with 15 other office bearers in all three tehsils of the district.

Meanwhile, election of the PML (QA) for the district level will be held on Friday (today) at the local Al-Hamra Arts Council Hall.
