KARACHI, July 25: Justice Moosa K. Leghari of the Sindh High Court on Wednesday expressed displeasure against the DPO Thatta for non-compliance of court orders to present a detainee Ms Amna, wife of Pappo, residing in the limits of Thatta district.

Tayyaba Jabeen, advocate, vehemently urged the bar that respondents have deliberately and dishonestly failed to comply with court orders during the past two months, on flimsy grounds.

Perhaps the detenue was killed and buried by defendants (Puppo) with the connivance of his father and brother, as being apprehended by her parents who have not seen their daughter for the last four months nor do they know about her whereabouts, the counsel submitted.

After hearing the AAG and counsel Tayyaba Jabeen, the court ordered raid on village Chohar Jamali and ensure her presence or report the matter on Aug 7.
