KARACHI, Nov 5: The Board of Revenue, Sindh government, has notified in exercise of all powers enabling in this behalf and in suppression of previous notifications relating to disposal of evacuee property cases.

It has directed that evacuee property wing at Karachi, along with the evacuee property branches working in other parts of the provinces, shall stand wound up with effect from Nov 30.

The Sindh government has further directed that all cases pending immediately before the date of this notification in the evacuee property wing or branches shall be disposed of by Nov 30, and all cases in relation to evacuee property pending in various courts, immediately before the date of this notification of remand by a court, shall be actively followed with proper evidence or, as the case may be disposed of in accordance to law, by the skeleton staff retained in the said wing or branches.—PPI
