Appeal to Chief Justice of Pakistan

Published September 10, 2009

I APPEAL to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to help me in getting my property. My property is being taken away by a land mafia group.

They have created fake documents of my property, and are now threatening me and my family to kidnap my children.

We won the court case No. 448/2008 in the court of District and Session Judge (Central) in Karachi on Jan 27 this year and this decision was declared in the open court of law by Judge Ameena Nazeer Ansari.

We are respectable citizens of Pakistan and my husband is a senior professor at a top business school in Karachi. Please provide us protection and direct the authorities concerned to take suitable action against the land grabbers.
