Young girl gang-raped

SUKKUR, July 20: A 20-year-old girl was gang-raped by four persons in Pir Koki village, Rohri taluka, on Friday.

The armed persons kidnapped the girl, Payar Begum, on Thursday and kept her hostage for 24 hours, during which the four persons allegedly raped her.

The police have registered a case against the four accused, including Amir Ali and Haider Ali.

The police said the incident was the result of a dispute between two groups of the Metlo tribe over some matrimonial affair.
