When the summer is at its peak and you are feeling irritated with everything, amusement parks filled with water rides can do the trick to make anyone happy.

In Lahore there are many such fun places and among them is Sozo Water Park, located on Canal Bank, Jallo, Lahore, covering about an area of 25 acres with outdoor water pools, slides and rides that provide a splashing good time for people of all age groups who want to have summer fun. Thankfully, every city worth its name has one or two such parks where families can have real fun.

The park houses amazing rides for adventurers and fun loving people. The area reserved for men has three pools and lots of water slides such as main slide, twister slide, racer slide, speed slide, wave pool, bullet slide, kundal slide, and free fall slide. There are some helter-skelter type slides too that boys particularly enjoy, but during peak hours, you have to wait for hours for your turn. So weekends are really not a good time to go there if you don't like crowds.

It has an area reserved for children and ladies. Kids can have a good time on a slide chosen according to their size. The ladies pool has two slides — main slide and kundal slide. This area is prohibited for male visitors and females can enjoy the slides in complete privacy.

The park has a 10-feet wide lazy river theme. Here water moves like a slow river in which people can relax or float along in tubes. If you want a leisurely ride, Lazy River is for you. If you have not come prepared for some water activities, there are towels, tubes, trousers and shirts available on rent.

The dry area of the park features various attractions such as rides for children and there is a grassy patch where you can just sit and chill.

Places such as Sozo Water Park help a lot in cooling off in the summer and killing the boredom when school is closed. It's a fine choice for some family fun!
