HYDERABAD: Protest

HYDERABAD, Feb 11 Two demonstrations, one by the National Labour Federation (NLF) and the other by Pakistan Trade Union Defence Campaign (PTUDC) were held by their activists outside the press club against the attack on mills workers.

The NLF leader Rana Mehmood Ali Khan condemned the attack on workers by the management of Army Welfare Sugar Mills Badin.

He slammed the armed attack on peaceful rally of workers which resulted in serious injuries to many and the Badin police for refusing to take action against the mills management. Protesters carrying banners demanded the arrest of assailants.
