KARACHI, Feb 10 KASB Premier League Football`s (PLF) semi-final line-up is now complete with defending champions Shahzad Mohammadan and Karachi Kickers also winning their respective quarter-finals at the CDGK Stadium on Monday night.

The semi-finals will see Shahzad Mohammadan taking on Sharafi Mohammadan while Karachi Kickers will lock horns with Nazimabad FC.

Shahzad Mohammadan thrashed Ghani XI 5-1. Right-winger Asghar Baloch scored off Saleem Baloch`s cross in the 32nd minute. A brilliant combination in the 44th minute saw left-winger Mohammad Khan giving the ball a final touch followed by Saleem Baloch adding another through a field attempt the next minute. The score at interval was 3-0.

The second session saw Ghani XI scoring their consolation goal in the 49th minute through a penalty kick. Ghani XI`s Zaheer became a victim of rough tackling inside the box and referee Khalid Mumtaz awarded the kick, converted by Gul Mohammad.

A handball infringement inside the penalty area by Ghani XI`s defender presented Shahzad Mohammadan with a penalty kick, converted by their midfielder Noor Bakhsh in the 55th minute. And Mohammad Khan completed the tally in the 59th minute.

The other quarter-final between Karachi Kickers and Hyderi Baloch had to be decided on penalty kicks after both teams failed to score during regulation time. Strikers Nur-ul-Haq, Mohammad Javed, Faisal Madani and Mohammad Khan were able to convert four kicks for Karachi Kickers while only Badar Qadir and Ali Mohammad managed to net the ball for Hyderi Baloch.

The matches were supervised by referees Khalid Mumtaz and Mohammad Ashraf with assistance from Muslim Baloch, Pervaiz Yousuf, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Yousuf, Mohammad Sohail and Iqbal Ahmed. Abdul Latif Baloch was the referees` inspector and Abdul Shakoor Baloch the match commissioner.
