MARDAN, Aug 30 Three persons, including two women, were killed in separate incidents in different areas of the district on Saturday.

Ghufrana, wife of Bakht Sher, allegedly committed suicide in Drub Kalley area. The reason behind the suicide was stated to be domestic dispute. The local police have lodged an FIR on the report of the deceased`s father and started investigation.

In another incident, a woman of Jabbar village died in accident when a coach went out of control and hit her on the roadside. Five other women sustained injuries in the accident. At Serai village, Niaz Ali was allegedly gunned down by his cousins Zahirdad, Farooqdad and Sajid. The reason behind the killing was reportedly monetary dispute. —Correspondent
