LARKANA, April 4: The chairperson of the Pakistan Peoples Party (SB), Ghinwa Bhutto, announced here on Thursday to form an alliance of the left-wing parties.

She was speaking on the occasion of the 23rd death anniversary of the late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.

She said that the friends of the executed Prime Minister of Pakistan Zulfikar Ali Bhutto would join this alliance and added that it (alliance) would not join hands with the Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy.

Talking about her party manifesto, she said that the provinces would enjoy provincial autonomy and would be the masters of their resources and administration.

The gathering demanded that Sindh should be given its due share of water as the acute shortage of water had turned Sindh’s land barren.

It also demanded to release the political prisoners.
