Woman killed in clash

KHAIRPUR, Nov 28: One woman was killed while four other persons got injured following a clash between two factions of Kaladi tribe at village Nahar Kaladi, taluka Kot Diji here on Wednesday evening. The warring groups resorted to free use of clubs and axes.

The deceased was identified as Ms Zeenat, 28. While the injured included Sahib, Ghulam Sarwar, Ms Arbeeli, and other unidentified who were taken to local hospital for treatment.

DEPRIVED: Four armed men injured one Sikandar Kandharo with knives and deprived him of his motorcycle here on Tuesday near Tando Masti on Tando Nazar Muhammad Link road.

WOMAN ATTACKED: A woman, Ms. Arshad Begum, wife of Ranjhan Jogi, has registered a case against nine persons for attacking her on Tuesday at police station Thari Mirwah.

She alleged that she was working in her fields when nine persons attacked her with axes and the villagers came to her help.
