Two bandits arrested in D.I. Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Oct 16: Two members of a gang of bandits were arrested here during a robbery attempt. The looted money and two pistols were recovered.

The dacoits armed with 30-bore pistols entered into the shop of Hafiz Fazal-i-Elahi running an electronics shop at Qureshi Mor. They deprived the owner of Rs 1362 and fled away.

The shop owner raised an alarm to which a police party chased the robbers and arrested them from a nearby field. They were identified as Mohammad Amin alias Momin Barki resident of Kani Guram (NWA) and Ilyas alias Pehlwan Mahsud resident of Makin (NWA).
