KARACHI, June 4: A young man died in mysterious circumstances in his home in Saddar.

Police said Amjad, aged 32, was found dead in his home in Gulshan-i-Zahoor, Saddar. The body was sent to the JPMC for post-mortem. However, as post-mortem was about to be performed, Amjad’s parents, who were in Tando Jam, came over here and did not allow post-mortem.

Sources at the hospital said the cause of death could not be ascertained without post-mortem examination. There were no apparent marks of injury on the dead man’s body.

When this report was filed, police were persuading the parents to have autopsy done so that the cause of death could be ascertained.
