SIALKOT, Feb 10: All is set to hold the district's first-ever 'Road Show' on Investment in Capital Market at a local hotel on Saturday.

Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan senior official Khawar Ayaz told journalists on Thursday that the SECP and the Central Depository Company of the Pakistan Limited were jointly organizing this road show, which was the first of its kind in the district.

It aimed at providing complete assistance and guidance to the small investors about the development of stock and capital market, besides finding out ways to persuade them towards the country's capital market.

SECP chairman Tariq Hassan will inaugurate this road show while the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry office-bearers will be among the participants.

Such shows, Mr Ayaz said, would also be held in Peshawar, Quetta, Multan and Faisalabad under the auspices of the SECP and the CDC and in active collaboration of the local business community.
