Musharraf to visit Gujrat

GUJRAT, Dec 25: President Gen Pervez Musharraf will be accorded a warm welcome on his first visit to Nutt House here on Dec 31. This was stated by MNA Chaudhry Wajahat Husain on Friday while addressing a party meeting at the Nutt House.

He said the president had accepted the invitation of PML president Chaudhry Shujaat Husain to visit their native village.

Mr Wajahat requested the participants to join them to welcome the president.

Meanwhile, preparations are in full swing for a warm welcome to the president for the last one week.

The entire government machinery as well as Muslim Leaguers are busy in making arrangements under Mr Wajahat's supervision.

Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi will arrive here on December 26 to supervise the arrangements.
