BANNU: Man killed, three injured

BANNU, Oct 9: A man was killed and three others injured in different incidents here on Friday.

Naseefullah, son of Gul Sardar, was killed allegedly by Mirbaz, Gul, Latif Khan and Jabbar Khan. The assailants escaped.

Howaid police registered a case on the report of Ghulam Qadir, uncle of the deceased.

One Mohammad Hazir Shah was shot at and injured by unidentified people in Panikzai Fatehkhel village in the jurisdiction of Mandan police station.

Another man, Shabniaz, was injured by a stray bullet in the Mandan area. A man, Umer Shah, was injured allegedly by Inayat Rehman and Dawlat Khan in the Kot Matar area. The assailants fled.

VEHICLES HIJACKED: At least 10 people hijacked a pick-up (BUC-1994) with its driver Jasimullah from the Sheikh Landuck area.

In the Bannu Frontier Region, five people hijacked a coach BUC-8875) coming from the North Waziristan Agency near the Khawaja Hur checkpoint.
