KARACHI, April 25: The Al-Khidmat panel won by-polls of Union Council 7, SITE Town, here on Monday. According to an Al-Khidmat press release, Mohammad Ishaque Khan and Dr Inayatur Rehman of the Al-Khidmat panel won the Nazim and Naib Nazim slots by bagging 2,383 votes. Their rivals — Khidmatgaar group’s Syed Shahidullah Shahjee and Sannaul Haq got 2364 votes.

Aziz Ashraf and Mohammad Gul of Awam Dost panel succeeded in getting 767 votes, while Mufti Khalid and Qari Sannaur Rehman of the Ulema panel bagged only 448 votes.—PPI
