DADU, May 31: The Governor of Sindh, Mohammedmian Soomro, has held out the assurance that funds would be released soon to complete the construction work at the shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar before the annual Urs.

He was talking to newsmen during his visit to the shrine at Sehwan Sharif on Friday.

Regretting the delay in completing the work due to the paucity of funds, he issued directives to the project director to ensure the prompt release of amount.

The governor acknowledged that the work on phase-I of the project had already been completed while on phase-II, work would resume for the construction of Dhamal hall and guest house shortly.
