SIALKOT, Dec 7: Kotwali police on Tuesday could not find clue to the alleged killer(s) of the son of a local industrialist. Reports said the body of Bilal (13), son of Haji Arif, was found from the bushes on the slopes of Sialkot Fort near the shrine of Hazrat Pir Muradia by some school-going children on Monday. His throat was found cut with a sharp-edged weapon.

Bilal went missing on Sunday night when he with other family members went to attend a marriage party of their relatives near the fort. Meanwhile, trader Mian Javaid was shot dead by two armed persons over a monetary dispute in Muradpur. Police have registered a case against accused Ehsan and his unidentified accomplice.

FORMS' SHORTAGE: Students and their parents have again protested against the shortage of admission forms for matriculation annual examination 2005 in the district.

Long queues of candidates are being witnessed outside the banks in Sialkot cantonment, Daska, Bhopalwala, Sambrial, Uggoki, Pasrur, Badiana, Chawinda and other surrounding areas. The protesting students chanted slogans against the officials of the Gujranwala board.

BURNT ALIVE: At least a dozen animals burnt alive as the cattle-head of landlord Ghafar Ahmad suddenly caught fire in Chawinda, Pasrur on Tuesday.
