DERA GHAZI KHAN, Feb 11: The district police here on Wednesday registered a case against the PML-N district president and at least 150 others on the report of the forest department officer under the Anti-Terrorist Act.

Saddar police had registered a case against PML-N local leader Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa, who is the son of a former Punjab governor, on the charge of occupying state land at Rakh Bela on the report of Ghulam Farid under section 149, 148, 447, 324, 353, 16 MPO and 7 ATA.

According to FIR, Dost Khosa, Asif Nadeem Khosa, Sher Muhammad Kingrani, Gaaji Kingrani and Iqbal were building a bund on the state land while more than 100 men were trying to stop them from occupying it. They also resorted to firing.

The row between Legharis of Rakh Bela and Khosas over 7,000 acres land is going on for years. Sources said Dost Muhammad Khosa and his friends wanted to establish camp for hunting while the local Legharis stopped them from entering their occupied area of the state land.
