Saddar police had registered a case against PML-N local leader Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa, who is the son of a former Punjab governor, on the charge of occupying state land at Rakh Bela on the report of Ghulam Farid under section 149, 148, 447, 324, 353, 16 MPO and 7 ATA.

According to FIR, Dost Khosa, Asif Nadeem Khosa, Sher Muhammad Kingrani, Gaaji Kingrani and Iqbal were building a bund on the state land while more than 100 men were trying to stop them from occupying it. They also resorted to firing.
