SUKKUR: Motorcyclist kidnapped

SUKKUR, Feb 6: A motorcyclist, Mohammad Kamil Bhindi, was abducted by a group of armed dacoits from Kalapul in Abdul Rehman police station jurisdiction, Khairpur district, on Friday. He was on his way home when he was abducted.

STOLEN: Thousands of litres of diesel oil were stolen from a Parco pipeline near Karampur, Jacobabad. The thieves drilled the pipeline at various places near the Mehmood Abad village, Karampur police station jurisdiction. The company discovered the broken pipeline on Friday and lodged a case with the Karampur police against unidentified persons.

GUTTED: Fifteen huts were reduced to ashes when a fire broke out in the Lal Mashaikh village near here on Friday. The huts belonged to Sono Bagri, Haider Kharoos, Niaz Ahmad Abro and others.
