KARACHI, Jan 23: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad has stressed the need for continuous monitoring and review of different development schemes and mega projects in Karachi.

He was talking to the chairman of the National Highway Authority, Maj-Gen Farrukh Javed, who briefed him on the progress in respect of schemes being executed under the NHA.

The governor stressed completion of the schemes as per the stipulated time.He issued instructions with regard to the projects of Lyari Expressway, Northern Bypass, Gulbai, Hino Chowk and other schemes. The governor diected that lighting work on Superhighway from Sohrab Goth to Toll Plaza be coplmleted.The governor also visited the Pak Suzuki Motor Plant.-APP
